Todoplay LLC, a sportswear retailer and distributor with 243 stores in the Andean region, plans to issue up to $400 million in secured notes to refinance all of its outstanding debt, scoring a B+ preliminary issuer credit rating from S&P Global for the company and the proposed notes.
