Negotiators for the International Longshoremen’s Association and United States Maritime Alliance have agreed to terms of a new six-year master contract less than a week before the union’s strike deadline would have hit East Coast and Gulf ports.

Hong Kong-based footwear maker Stella Int’l.’s sales slipped 1% in the final quarter to $377.7 million from $380.3 million, but grew 4% for the full year to $1,504.5 million from $1,454.3 million.
