Soundly exceeding its own guidance, the Swiss running brand’s net income nearly tripled to CHF 58.7 million ($66.4 mm) from CHF 20.6 million in Q3, on revenues that soared 46% to CHF 480.5 million ($543.6 mm) from CHF 328.0 million and would have been up 58% on a constant currency basis.
Net income at Fila brand parent and Acushnet majority shareholder Fila Holdings dropped 4% in the third quarter to KRW 57,743 million ($44.0 mm) from KRW 60,323 million, as the golf business’ strong momentum offset weakness elsewhere.
Net income attributable to shareholders fell 45% in the third quarter to TWD 1,102.7 million ($34.8 mm) from TWD 2,006.3 million on a 25% drop in revenues to TWD 19,517.3 million ($615.7 mm) from TWD 25,869.1 million.
Net income was up 61% to BRL 55,348,000 ($11.3 mm) in Q3 from BRL 34,298,000 on a 22% gain in net revenue to BRL 1,793,263,000 ($367.8 mm) from BRL 1,469,980,000 excluding inter-group exclusions and returns.
Net loss narrowed 5% to $12,543,000 from $13,203,000 on 26% lower sales of $48,659,000 down from from $65,458,000 at the newly rebranded, former Nautilus.
