Net income slipped 9% in the first quarter to $35,875,000 from $39,347,000, hit by shrinking margins, despite a 7% increase in revenue to $455,497,000 from $424,051,000 that included a +4.1% comp.

The Danish team sports brand reported a loss of DKK 89.5 million ($12.6 mm) last year against a record profit of DKK 115 million in FY21 on sales that were up 20% in local currency to DKK 2,218 million ($313.5 mm) from DKK 1.858 billion.

MeatEater, the outdoor lifestyle media and commerce company, has added the maker of hunting decoys and gear to its portfolio of outdoor products, which includes recent additions First Lite, FHF Gear, and Phelps Game Calls.
