The Yes Men, an activist group that works to get corporations to pay more attention to environmental and social issues, sent out two e-mails yesterday purporting to be Adidas announcements of a Cambodian union leader as co-CEO and a new apparel line inspired by factory workers.
The West Coast retailer will just miss its earnings guidance for the final quarter, now expecting net income of $0.07 to $0.08 per share, below its guidance range of $0.08 to $0.20.
