Net income soared 32% to $56,284,000 for the third quarter from $42,657,000 on net sales that were up 10% to $478,440,000 from $433,561,000. Direct-to-consumer sales grew by 8% to $280.8 million while wholesale increased 14% to $197.6 million, with positive results for drinkware and coolers & equipment in both channels. Wholesale saw healthy sell-in in the quarter, with Bass Pro Shops, Academy Sports, and independents getting callouts for successful merchandising of new collections. Despite weaker traffic trends, DTC improved across stores, owned e-commerce, and the results-leading Amazon Marketplace.
