Net income tumbled 32% in the final quarter to $53,154,000 from $78,593,000 despite sales that were up 5% to $546,540,000 over $519,793,000 and would have been up 7% backing out recall reserves. DTC grew 7% to $368.6 million on growth in both categories and all points of sale, highlighted by corporate sales and Amazon. Wholesale was up 2% to $178.0 million, led by Coolers & Equipment, particularly hard coolers, and seeing shelf space expansion across key retailers. U.S. sell-in and sell-through were at near parity in the quarter.
