Former Logitech International boss Bracken Darrell is the Vans and The North Face parent’s new chief, effective July 17, as VFC goes outside the sporting goods industry for a fresh outlook. Darrell succeeds Steve Rendle, who departed the company last year, and interim CEO Benno Dorer, who will remain a VF board member. Long-time board member Richard Carucci, who served as interim chair of the board during the seven-month-long executive search, will remain in that seat as permanent chairman.
