Under Armour Shareholder Settlement Moves Forward
The $434 million shareholder class action settlement reached last month has now received preliminary approval from the U.S. district court in Maryland. The funds will cover anyone that purchased the company’s common stock from Sep. 16, 2015 to Nov. 1, 2019, and UA intends to pay the settlement through a combination of cash on hand and drawing on its $1.1 billion revolver.
