University of Michigan athletics’ official merchandise retailer Heritage Collegiate Apparel, Inc., doing business as The M-Den, filed for Chapter 11 in the Eastern District of Michigan, listing assets of $1 to $10 million against liabilities in the $10 to $50 million range. The embattled retailer announced two more store closings are in the pipeline on Monday, according to Detroit’s ABC7, on the heels of a door closure last week.
