TaylorMade Sales Are Soaring, Moody’s Says
The long-running dispute between F&F Co., Ltd. and Centroid Investment Partners over the sale of TaylorMade Golf remains unresolved, but the golf company’s sales and earnings continue to grow double digits, Moody’s reported. The ratings agency upgraded TM’s outlook to positive from stable, while affirming its B2 corporate family rating and issue-level ratings.
