The recently public parent of Solo Stove, Chubbies, Oru Kayak and Isle paddleboards, raised its full-year revenue guidance to $400 to $402 million, up from $344 to $352 million prior, in advance of the ICR Conference. Adjusted EBITDA guidance was also bumped up to $120 to $121 million from previous guidance of $107 to $109 million. Pro-forma full-year revenues for the four brands will be about $482 million, up about 130% from 2020, with Solo Stove up 170% to $361 million, and the other brands up 60% to $121 million.
