SFIA Finds 250 Million Americans were Active Last Year
Americans’ activity trends are skewing in the right directions as participation hit an all-time high while inactivity levels are at record lows, according to SFIA’s 2026 Topline Participation Report. Team sports continued their post-lockdown ascent, pickleball is still posting double-digit gains, and core participation began to hold steady after years of decline.
