Sports & Fitness Industry Association announced that its president & CEO will retire on Oct. 4, 2024, after nearly 20 years at its helm, news that Cove mentioned on his LinkedIn page last month. The organization’s board of directors is working with an executive search firm to conduct a comprehensive search to fill Cove’s shoes. Once a successor is found, he will assist in the transition process to ensure a smooth handoff of leadership.
