Sequential Brands Finds Buyer for William Rast
The bankrupt licensing company now has another stalking horse bidder, WRBH Brands Group, which bid $1 million for the William Rast denim and sportswear brand. WRBH is affiliated with Millennial Apparel Group, currently a licensee of the Rast brand from Sequential.
