Net income improved 36% to $6,513,000 from $4,801,000, while sales increased 9% to $139,717,000 from $128,054,000, RCKY’s strongest growth rate of 2025 and its highest in over 3 years. The bottom line benefited from lapping a $4.0 million trademark impairment charge in Q4 ‘24. Retail drove the sales gains with a 31% boost to $57.0 million, offsetting a 2% dip at wholesale to $79.6 million, partially attributable to timing shifts at several brands. Contract manufacturing was also off 2% to $3.2 million.
