After Anta Sports acquired nearly 30% of The Big Cat's equity, Dennis Tao and Jeanne Huang joined Puma’s supervisory board, replacing Héloïse Temple-Boyer and Jean-Marc Duplaix. The two departing directors were appointees of Artémis SAS, the Pinault family holding company, which sold its shares to Anta. Both Tao and Huang were court-appointed per German law, and their mandates run until the May 2027 annual general meeting.
