Puma 2023 Net Declines on Q4 Argentina Charge


The Big Cat said rapid devaluation of the Argentine peso torpedoed its final quarter, resulting in full-year revenues of about €8,602 million ($9,299 mm), up just 2% on a reported basis and 7% higher constant currency, against guidance for high-single-digit growth. Full year EBIT came in at about €622 million ($672 mm), well within expectations for between €590 and €670 million, but net income was just €305 million against last year’s €354 million.
