The California-themed chain plans to open about 100 stores over the next three years in a stepped-up expansion plan to complement its aggressive pushes online into social commerce, CEO Brieane Olson told an audience at NRF’s 2025 Big Show. Pacsun plans at least 25 stores in 2025 and 25 to 35 in both 2026 and 2027. Olsen said the new store openings will be split between regional malls and college towns. In 2027, Pacsun will open its first store overseas, in the United Arab Emirates.
