Olin Corp. signed an agreement to acquire the Gunbroker parent’s small caliber ammo business for $75 million, bolstering Olin’s Winchester ammunition segment that also includes White Flyer. The deal, which includes POWW’s brass shellcase capabilities and 185,000-sq.-ft. production facility in Manitowoc, WI, will be funded through available liquidity.
