Obituary: Robert E. Griffin
The guiding hand behind Escalade’s move from pure-play archery supplier to multi-brand industry force, passed away March 22 at age 89. The East St. Louis native capped his 53 years with the company in 2015 when he retired as chairman of the board, having served as CEO from 1976 to 1999.
