NRF Forecasts Slowing Retail Sales Growth
The National Retail Federation is forecasting 4% to 6% retail sales growth to between $5.13 and $5.23 trillion this year, down from 7% annual growth to $4.94 trillion in 2022. That growth pace is still better than the average annual sales gains of 3.6% before the pandemic.
