Nike Warns of Higher, $1.5 Billion Tariff Hit
The Eager Beavertons’ fiscal 2026 got off to a solid start, with substantial sequential improvement, but just 1% reported revenue growth from a year ago to $11,720 million from $11,589 million, and a 1% decline constant currency. Net income slipped 31% to $727 million from $1,051 million, pressured by a 320 basis point drop in gross margin to 42.2%, which more than offset cost savings from the Win Now restructuring plan. Both top and bottom lines handily exceeded guidance, boosting NKE’s share price by 4% in after-hours trading.
