Nike Faces Another Derivative Shareholder Suit
The Eager Beavertons were hit with a third proposed shareholder class action suit filed in OR district court by Benjamin Lapin, naming president and CEO, John Donahoe, CFO, Matthew Friend and several directors as defendants.
