New Wave Group Acquires Uhlsport
New Wave Group, the Swedish parent of sports brands Craft and Cutter & Buck and distributor of other labels, inked an agreement to acquire the German-based football and handball supplier, adding Uhlsport and Kempa to its portfolio of brands.
