New Firearms Export Rules See Court Challenge
Attorneys general from 22 states and the District of Columbia are suing the Trump Administration to stop the implementation of new rules that would put the Commerce Department in charge of commercial firearms exports. The suit, filed in Seattle federal court, ostensibly opposes the rule changes because they could de-regulate gun designs for 3D printers. But the lawsuit, if successful, would block the new rules ...
