A MA district court judge granted six of the eight gunmakers’ motion to dismiss the Mexican government’s $10 billion lawsuit stemming from the companies’ business transactions in MA. Those defendants include Sturm, Ruger, Beretta, Century Arms, Colt, Glock, and Barrett. The suit alleges the defendants collectively receive a $170 million-plus top line benefit from sales of guns trafficked into Mexico.
