Lululemon Adds Another Director, Calls Out Chip Wilson
LULU appointed former chief growth and marketing officer at Unilever, Esi Eggleston Bracey, to its board of directors, replacing Colgate-Palmolive COO Shane Grant, who will not stand for re-election at the June 25 shareholders’ meeting. Chair Marti Morfitt touted Eggleston Bracey as just one of six new independent directors appointed in the last five years, joining recent addition Chip Bergh, the former CEO of Levi Strauss, who was appointed last month. Newly appointed CEO Heidi O’Neill will also join the board, but not until Sep. 8 when her Nike non-compete expires.
