Labor Unrest Poses Continued Risks in U.S., Canada


Just weeks after the U.S. West Coast ports labor deal avoided a potentially disastrous shutdown, a strike at the ports of Vancouver and Prince Rupert north of the border and a looming July 31 strike deadline at UPS threaten the flow of goods.
