Kohl’s Sees Sneakers Recovering for Back-to-School
Activewear brands FLX and Tek Gear received a call-out for helping drive a +6% private-label comp in Q1, as four of six categories comped flat or slightly positive amid the company’s turnaround efforts. Comps were down 1.1% as the improvements in women’s, kids’, home, and accessories were offset by declines in footwear and men’s.
