JD Sports’ Comps Fall, Warns of Consumer Headwinds
JD’s North American business, which includes JD Sports/Finish Line, Hibbett, DTLR, and Shoe Palace, comped down 1.7% in the third quarter, though organic sales increased 3.0% to £1,079 million ($1,458 mm). Without the remaining Finish Line stores, comparable store sales were down just 0.2%.
