Promotions are top of mind for most consumers during the Holiday selling season, while nearly three-quarters of retailers are anticipating higher seasonal costs, according to Manhattan Associates' 2024 Supply Chain Confidence Survey. The 1,000-respondent panel consisted of 500 consumers, 250 retail executives, and 250 supply chain logistics executives.
