Gymshark Sued by Sony for Unauthorized Songs
Sony Music has filed suit against the British active apparel company in Cen. CA federal court for copyright infringement in its social media campaigns. Sony’s complaint states that Gymshark “misappropriated hundreds of the most popular and valuable sound recordings in the market” for its self-produced videos and those done in collaboration with social media influencers.
