The Brazilian retailer and wholesaler has consolidated its Nike wholesale, e-commerce and outlet store business into Fisia Comércio de Produtos Esportivos, a new entity, and is now accounting for that segment separately from its Centauro sporting goods retail operations. The wholesale distribution deal for Swoosh product runs through 2030, while the retail component has a five-year initial term. Fisia revenues were BRL 492,832,000 ($90.1 mm) in the first quarter, made up of 56% wholesale, 26% e-commerce from nike.com.br, and the remaining 18% from 21 Nike outlet stores. Gross margin for the segment was 37.6%.
