The bottom line slipped 38% to a profit of ¥448 million ($4.2 mm) in fiscal Q1 from ¥724 million last year, as sales declined 8% to ¥20,377 million (189.6 mm) from ¥22,243 million at the Daiwa Fishing parent and Japanese Prince distributor.
