The Sports Direct parent is acquiring Holdsport Group, which operates South Africa’s leading sporting goods chains Sportsmans Warehouse and Outdoor Warehouse, as well as sneaker and streetwear retailer Shelflife, from Old Mutual Private Equity and management.
