Handgun imports fell 11% in May to 358,522 units, according to ITC data compiled by the NSSF, including a 15% drop in pistol imports to 319,629 units, while revolvers climbed 36% to 38,893 units. Long gun imports also slumped, with rifles inching down 4% to 106,869 units, and shotguns following suit, falling 5% to 103,815 units.
