Delta Apparel CEO is Out, Future Uncertain
Delta Apparel chairman and CEO, Robert Humphreys has resigned from his post at the request of its board’s independent directors, according to an SEC filing, the latest of several moves that seem to point in the direction of a sale or reorganization. The struggling apparel maker and Salt Life parent will be helmed by Focus Management Group’s Tim Pruban as its chief restructuring officer, who will advise the board on succession planning.
