Deckers Ups Guidance on Hoka Strength


Net income improved 42% in the fiscal first quarter ended June 30, tallying $63,552,000 against $44,849,000 last year, on 10% revenue growth to $675,791,000 up from $614,461,000, led by strong double-digit gains from Hoka that more than offset declines elsewhere. Direct-to-consumer soared 35% to $250.4 million, including +33.4% comps, as wholesale inched 1% lower to $425.4 million. U.S. sales increased 9% to $419.5 million, and international growth was even stronger, gaining 11% to $256.3 million.
