Crocs Loses USA Dawgs Appeal
The Federal Circuit of Appeals has reversed a district court’s decision and remanded it back to CO federal court, saying it erred when granting summary judgment on USA Dawgs and Double Diamond Distribution’s Lanham Act counterclaim against CROX in the latest chapter in the long-running legal dispute between the companies.
