Court Finalizes Thom Browne’s Victory Over Adidas
A NY federal judge reconfirmed an earlier May ruling which denied Adidas’ motion for a new trial and ruled Thom Browne’s use of four-bar stripes on its activewear was not infringing on The Big a’s three-stripe mark. Adidas lodged an appeal with the second circuit last Dec., based upon Browne’s failure to produce four emails during discovery.
