ConsilTech Acquires Madshus from Elevate Outdoor Collective
The Czech industrial holding company, which owns the Kästle ski brand, along with former Rottefella exec Torstein Myklebostad, inked an agreement to acquire Madshus from Elevate for undisclosed terms.
