Reporting first-quarter results after a seven-month delay to investigate fraud at its Lugano segment, CODI’s sporting goods brands mainly posted higher sales and profits: 5.11 revenues increased 4% in the quarter to $129,370,000 from $124,974,000, with operating income growing 5% to $8,573,000 from $8,167,000.
