China Says “Not So Fast” to Claims of Progress
Chinese officials threw cold water on the notion of progress in their standoff with the U.S. Thursday, with the foreign ministry claiming the two countries are “not having any consultation or negotiation” on tariffs, much less being near a deal on the matter.
