Brooks Running Grew 5% Last Year
Sales momentum continued at the Berkshire-Hathaway-owned brand with 5% growth to $1.2 billion on a unit record of 20 million-plus sold, building on a 6% gain last year over a huge 31% boost in 2021 coming out of the pandemic. DTC e-commerce outperformed for the year, going +24% globally. North American Cyber Week got a call out for a 22% year-over-year increase, while China posted a 194% improvement. Nearly tripling growth in the PRC prompted plans to introduce DTC retail locations there this year.
