Biden Administration Pushes De Minimis Prohibition


The Biden Administration has weighed in on the de minimis shipment controversy with a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to suspend exceptions to products otherwise subject to Section 301, 201, or 232 tariffs, highlighting impacts to the U.S. apparel industry in its release.
