E-commerce sales tallied a high-singles gain for Holiday 2024 in a year marked by rising mobile share and promotions driving big-ticket sales, according to the final numbers from Adobe Analytics. Total online sales for Nov. 1 to Dec. 31 were a record $241.4 billion, up 9% year-over-year, as sporting goods got a call out for notable growth at +7% to $7.8 billion and apparel increased 10% to $45.6 billion.
