American Outdoor Brands is Back in The Red


Net loss was $4,073,000 against a slight profit last year, hurt by a $3.4 million impairment charge on its held-for-sale UST brand, as AOUT revenues fell 3% in the fiscal third quarter ended Jan. 31 to $56,576,000 from $58,505,000. Both channels were down, with sales to online retailers and DTC e-commerce falling 5% to $26.0 million, mostly due to lower Amazon sales.
