Amer Sports IPO Could Raise $2 Billion


The Arc’teryx, Salomon and Wilson parent plans to sell 100 million shares for between $16 and $18 per share next week, which could bring in more that $2 billion at the high end if a 15 million share overallotment is fully exercised. If that’s the case, Amer Sports’ post-IPO valuation would be about $9 billion. The company, which will trade under the “AS” ticker on the New York Stock Exchange, will float approximately 26% of its nearly 385 million ordinary shares during the offering.
