Amer Sports Files for Public Offering
Five years after being taken private by a consortium led by Anta Sports, the Arc’teryx, Salomon and Wilson parent has filed an F-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “AS.” While the filing left most of the pricing details blank for now, Bloomberg had reported that the IPO will seek to raise more than $1 billion at a valuation of as much as $10 billion.
